Jessie Zettler Joins COHO Creative as Creative Director

Zettler sees COHO as a powerhouse of problem-solvers and is eager to get started with the team. She is already leveraging the organization’s existing strengths as a springboard to grow.
Zettler believes packaging design is more important than ever in today’s hyper-multi-channeled economy. She sees it as an especially challenging design discipline that goes beyond meeting a brand’s functional needs by forming powerful emotional connections with consumers. It’s not easy, but she believes the key to success is understanding people and always anchoring the work around their needs and desires.
Zettler believes trust, engagement, and inclusion are critical cultural factors that drive success in any organization, especially a creative agency. She looks for emerging talent with a desire to learn, the ability to create great solutions, and embody a spirit of adventure.
Zettler believes that design, strategy, and innovation are inseparable and all rely on the visualization and ideation that talented design creatives bring to the process.
